Hydrocolloid is a soft, gel-forming material that sits flush against skin and seals over the spot. What it does is physical and simple: it puts a barrier between the spot and your fingers, so you stop touching it — which is most of the battle.
These have witch hazel in them, and are left unscented and colourless so there is nothing to match, mask or clash with. Wear one overnight, or straight through a Zoom call.

Cleanse and dry
Hydrocolloid will not stick to damp skin. This is the only step people get wrong.
Pick your size
Two sizes in every box. Choose one a little wider than the spot itself.
Press and hold
Peel without touching the underside, centre it, and hold for a few seconds.
Leave it 6–8 hours
Overnight is easiest. Peel off gently in the morning and bin it — never reuse a patch.

Patches only work if you actually use one. Most people don't, because at 36¢ a dot you save them for emergencies. Here is the whole argument for buying the big box.

The honest version: across a desk or on a video call, nobody notices. Close up, in hard light, someone might. That is true of every hydrocolloid patch ever made, including the expensive ones — anyone promising otherwise is selling you something.

Which box should I get?
At roughly one patch a day, 180 is about six months, 360 is about a year, and 720 is about two. The bigger the box the less each patch costs — the 720 works out at less than half the per-patch price of the 180 — so the only real question is how much you want to store at once.
Can I wear makeup over them?
Yes. Patch first onto clean, dry skin, then concealer and foundation straight over the top. Going the other way round — makeup first — is why patches slide off.
How long do I leave one on?
Six to eight hours, so overnight is the easy answer. You can wear one through the day too. Use a fresh patch each time and never reuse one.
Are they actually invisible?
They are translucent and matte, and the edges are tapered so they sit flat rather than catching the light. Close up, in the right light, someone will notice. Across a desk, they will not.
Why do they keep falling off?
Almost always moisture or oil underneath. Cleanse, dry the spot properly, skip serum and moisturiser on that exact patch of skin, and press for a few seconds before letting go.
What is in them?
A hydrocolloid gel layer on an adhesive backing, with witch hazel. Unscented, colourless, alcohol and paraben free.
Can I use them on sensitive skin?
Patch-test on a small area first, as you would with anything adhesive. Do not apply to broken or irritated skin, and stop using them if you get any reaction.
